Inspiration

Since I have such an aversion to the color pink, I've been putting a lot of effort into finding baby bedding that I like. Without much luck, I was beginning to give up. Then the thought came to me that I could probably make my own baby bedding (with some help from friends). So, I've been looking and I think I finally found what I've been looking for. Here's a preview.
This is going to be the fabric for the bottom half of the curtains and the crib skirt. Possibly even an accent pillow for the rocker. I'll use the colors in the pattern to create the rest of the bedding. Cream and orange for the bumper and sage green for the crib sheets. I'll use the aqua as the ties and as a trim on the bed skirt. I'll also use the colors to create art pieces to put around the room. I'm so excited and I can't wait to get started.
