Grandpa and Grandma Kirkland came to visit for the Easter holiday. We had a blast with them this past week and Natalie really enjoyed them. She's at a point that she can interact really well with others and is a lot of fun to play with. Of course, with grandparents comes toys and gifts and an unmeasurable amount of spoiling. All I want to know is what happened to the people I called mom and dad...these are not the same ones. :-)
Dad was busy in his workshop over the past few months. He was busy making...
A toy box:

A rocking horse:

Some toy blocks:

Of course, Natalie put him to work putting together her new toys...she's such a slave driver!

Dad also helped me with some projects around the house. They were small tasks, but much appreciated.
Mom and Natalie bonded a lot and loved every minute of it. I think Natalie is going to miss Grandma catering to her every whim.
Here are some close-up shots of Natalie in her Easter dress...she's very cute.

WOW! Your dad is a great carpenter! I love the toy box and the horse! How wonderful to have heirloom pieces to hand down to Natalie's children!
She is getting so big and looks like such a happy girl!
I hope you are feeling well!
Awesome gifts from grandpa! Can he adopt me too?
Love Natalie's dress and hat - it's adorable!
Did my eyes deceive me or did I see little miss thing wearing PINK in one of those pictures????
Hmmm???
